We are looking for a Bakery Quality Analyst in 5707 Waterford District Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to:
Position SummaryThe Bakery Quality Analyst supports the execution of quality assurance programs through hands‑on testing, data collection, and supplier communication. This role contributes to routine quality checks, sample coordination, and sensory evaluation activities.
Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing single or multi‑stage projects as assigned.
Generate high‑quality, actionable data; interpret findings and prepare reports.
Conduct routine physical and sensory quality assurance checks to verify compliance with brand standards.
Assist with sensory panel activities and descriptive analysis in collaboration with suppliers.
Communicate results to suppliers and support efforts to guide them toward compliance.
Request and coordinate sample delivery from restaurants based on testing guidelines.
Collect, interpret, and report data using LIMS, Excel, and other internal systems.
Receive, log, and maintain accurate records of all incoming samples.
Other related duties as assigned.
At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.
CommunicationFrequent contact with Bakery Program Manager, Operations Manager, Suppliers, and Client’s Managers/Directors.
YOUR PROFILE Qualifications RequiredBachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition Science, Bakery Science, or related field.
Quality assurance experience, Sensory Science experience.
Management experience is a plus.
Qualifications DesiredPrevious Quality Management experience.
