Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers
Join a growing FAA Part 145 Repair Station and help maintain the quality systems, documentation, and regulatory compliance that keep aircraft maintenance operations running safely and efficiently.
We're looking for a detail-oriented QC Support professional to support our Quality Control department through technical documentation, document control, quality records management, audit support, and tooling/calibration administration.

What You'll Do- Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, manuals, forms, and controlled documentation
- Review, organize, and maintain technical data received from OEMs, customers, FAA, EASA, and other regulatory authorities
- Maintain document control systems, ensuring quality and technical documents remain accurate, current, and properly distributed
- Prepare repair documentation packages, inspection records, certifications, technical reports, and other quality documentation
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, records, reports, and compliance evidence
- Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain organized quality records in accordance with FAA Part 145 requirements and company procedures
- Maintain and control tooling inventory, coordinate the calibration program, and ensure tooling compliance
- Maintain the technical library, ensuring manuals, service bulletins, engineering documents, and regulatory publications remain current
- Support Quality Control personnel with inspections, documentation reviews, and other quality-related activities
- High school diploma required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience in aviation MRO, Quality Systems, Technical Records, Document Control, or Technical Publications preferred
- Previous experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of FAA and/or EASA regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with OEM technical documentation, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins is a plus
- Experience supporting regulatory audits and compliance activities preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- English required;
Spanish is a plus
