DO & CO is seeking a dynamic Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician (Bilingual Spanish) to join our Miami, FL team. This role performs daily safety checks, GMP reinforcement, and audits to maintain top quality and compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food processing or catering, bilingual Spanish, and strong English communication. Improved HACCP/ISO familiarity and Safe SERV certification are advantageous.
