• Negotiate land acquisition agreements with property owners for development or redevelopment projects.
• Coordinate with communities, businesses, and utilities to facilitate project progress.
• Manage land purchase and sales requirements.
• Oversee site development processes.
• Lead pre-development planning, including site engineering, market research, traffic analysis, building design, leasing, and zoning.
• Assess new development opportunities and assist in securing projects.

• Handle general development matters such as permitting, due diligence, and acquisitions.
