My client, is a renowned, vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm with a global vision based in Miami, FL. They are looking to hire a Development Analyst or Associate as their business looks to grow further in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed development proformas, sensitivity analyses, and investment summaries.
- Assist with site acquisition, legal document review, and market research.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants during design and permitting.
- Prepare budgets, cost reports, and status updates for senior management.
- Support construction, marketing, and leasing efforts for residential or commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture, or Engineering; MBA/MRED preferred.
- 2–5+ years in real estate development, investment, or construction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential for underwriting) and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of capital markets, zoning, and development entitlement processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced
