Title Processor – Miami, Florida (Near Dadeland Mall)
We are a small, fast-paced real estate title company in Miami, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and able to manage files from contract to closing with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Process real estate title files from start to finish
- Coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Order lien searches, title searches, and payoffs
- Prepare settlement statements and closing packages
- Clear title issues and follow compliance requirements
- Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial title processing
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate procedures
- Proficiency with title software and closing platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must live within 10 miles of Dadeland Mall
$45,000 per year
