This is a full-time, commission-based, on-site position located in Miami, FL, for a Leasing Agent. The role involves managing lease agreements, coordinating leasing activities, assisting potential tenants, and maintaining accurate lease records. The Leasing Agent will engage with customers, conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and support property management operations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a positive customer experience and consistently delivering professional service.

• Strong knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration
• Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build relationships
• Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant lease management tools or software is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
