Location: Hybrid - Miami, Florida, United States

Salary: $70,000-$100,000 + 30% Bonus

Skills: 4+ years of real estate asset management experience, preferably with multi-family assets

About the Company and Opportunity

Real estate investment and private equity firm with a primary focus on multifamily assets. This hire will manage a small but growing portfolio as the firm continues to scale. We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Asset Manager who can take ownership of our current portfolio and play a key role in our future growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily real estate assets.
  • Develop and execute asset-level business plans to maximize cash flow, asset value, and long‑term performance.
  • Review and analyze monthly property reports, financial statements, rent rolls, and KPIs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property management teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, lenders, and third‑party vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for portfolio assets.
  • Prepare internal and investor‑facing reports on a regular basis.
  • Monitor capital expenditures, renovation progress, and project ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and participate in due diligence for new acquisitions.
Must‑Have Skills
  • 4+ years of asset management experience in real estate operations, or 2–3 years as an asset analyst/associate.
  • Proficient in property operations, interpreting financial statements, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Direct experience coordinating with property managers, lenders, insurance companies, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Self‑starter with high ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
