Real Estate Development, Real Estate Project Manager, Real Estate Finance & Analysis
Our client is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager with a multi-billion dollar portfolio spanning hospitality, mixed-use, and residential assets across dozens of markets worldwide. Known for reimagining overlooked properties into distinctive, experience-driven destinations, the firm is expanding its Miami presence and looking for a hands-on development professional to help lead that growth.
The ProjectsYou’ll take ownership of a multi-asset adaptive reuse program in one of Miami's most dynamic emerging neighborhoods, turning signed leases and an established business plan into delivered retail, F&B, and mixed-use spaces. Alongside this, you’ll support project controls for the next phase of a larger neighborhood-scale development, giving you exposure to both immediate execution and long-term master planning.
The RoleThis is an execution-focused position covering the full development lifecycle: interpreting lease terms into scopes and schedules, managing pre-construction and permitting (including Change of Use approvals with local agencies), overseeing budgets and lender draw processes, running construction management and OAC meetings, and driving projects through closeout and stabilization. You’ll be the key link between ownership, tenants, contractors, consultants, and capital partner, keeping multiple concurrent projects on time, on budget, and in compliance.
What You Bring: 5+ years in development/project management, a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or Architecture, hands‑on adaptive reuse or historic renovation experience, and familiarity with municipal permitting and entitlement processes across multiple markets.
What's In It For You?- Salary up to $160,000 plus benefits and bonuses
- Ownership of high‑visibility projects in a fast‑growing urban market
- Direct exposure to capital markets, lender relationships, and masterplan‑level strategy
- A fast‑paced, entrepreneurial team environment with real autonomy
- The chance to shape a neighborhood's transformation from the ground up
