Senior Property Manager – Class A Office, Retail & Mixed-Use

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager with 5–10 years of commercial real estate experience to oversee a portfolio of Class A office, retail, and mixed-use assets
. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong financial, operational, tenant relations, and capital project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and overall performance of Class A commercial assets.
• Own annual budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
  .
• Lead capital projects and tenant improvements
  , from budgeting and bidding through vendor selection and completion.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, vendors, contractors, and on‑site teams.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on property performance, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive commercial property management experience.
• Strong Class A office, retail, and/or mixed‑use experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage budgets, financials, capital projects, and vendors
