Development Associate; Multifamily

Our client is a leading real estate development firm specializing in ground-up, high-rise multifamily & mixed-use projects across Florida.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in all phases of multifamily project development, from initial market research and financial analysis to project execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the multifamily sector.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts to evaluate project feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and city officials to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and meeting notes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Support the development team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction / real estate related field.
• Previous experience in real estate development or project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
