Clinical Research Assistant 3
The University of Miami/UHealth Department of SCCC has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Clinical Research Assistant 3 to work at the UHealth campus in Miami, Fl.
CORE JOB SUMMARY
The Research Assistant 3 explores innovations to research and strives to improve implementation and family outcomes. Further, the Senior Research Assistant ensures compliance with university policies, rules, and regulations to meet federal, state, and local standards pertaining to safety and ethics.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans and implements research experiments, according to research protocols, to assure high quality scientific results in support of applicable project goals.
- Participates in assessing feasibility of implementing innovations. Assesses data trends and develops reports and presentations.
- Supports the initiation of new research by reviewing and synthesizing literature.
- Oversees inventory of supplies and equipment and places orders in a timely fashion.
- Provides assistance in the preparation of scientific papers, reports, and manuscripts.
- Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
- Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
