- Greet guests as they approach the bar area with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service.
- Rapidly and accurately take food and beverage orders and use selling opportunities to maximize guest experience.
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations to create a unique experience.
- Check patrons' identification to ensure minimum age requirements (21+ for alcohol).
- Follow policy to serve a maximum of 3 drinks per guest and check every service.
- Take food orders from tables in the lobby area; this area is the bartender responsibility.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders and patrons in the bar, lobby, and lounge, following standard recipes.
- Clean as you go, including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
- Implement alcohol service and safety training, including preventing over serving and seeking management intervention when needed.
- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar and keep management informed about inventory.
- Wash and sanitize all stemware and process payments promptly to ensure smooth service.
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct guests to the proper resource if unable to assist.
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures, including side work.

QualificationsEducation/Experience: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress toward completion is required. Complete legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University. Must be 18 years of age with 1+ years of bartending experience. Serv Safe or equivalent food handling certificate.
Language Ability: Speak fluent English;
Spanish is a plus. Possess good public speaking, listening, and clear responsive communication.
Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, consider alternatives, and take action under pressure when needed.
Personal Skills: Excellent communication with customers, co-workers, and management. Establish goals, manage time, and set priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Physical Demands: Stand and move frequently; lift up to 60 pounds; vision requirements include close and distant vision and depth perception. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
