Description:

Greet guests who approach the bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service.

• Demonstrate passion and commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest.
• Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations.
• Check patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements (21 or older) for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Follow policy: serve a maximum of 3 drinks for one guest.
• Check  time before serving drinks.
• Take food orders from tables in the lobby area, the bartender’s responsibility in this area.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby, and lounge following standard recipes.
• Clean as you go, including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
• Implement alcohol service and safety training, including ensuring alcohol is consumed in designated areas only and not served to intoxicated guests; involve management when necessary.
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar; keep management updated on inventory levels.
• Wash and sanitize all stemware.
• Process payments correctly and promptly to ensure a smooth transaction.

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress toward completion required. Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. Also complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Must be 18 years of age with 1+ years of bartender experience.
• Serv Safe or equivalent food handling certificate.

• Possess good public speaking, listening effectively, and respond clearly and directly.
• Speak fluent English;
  Spanish is a plus.

• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.

• Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take appropriate action under pressure and/or opposition.

• Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management. Set and manage priorities with a positive attitude.
