Description:
Greet guests who approach the bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest.
- Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations.
- Check patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements (21 or older) for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Follow policy: serve a maximum of 3 drinks for one guest.
- Check time before serving drinks.
- Take food orders from tables in the lobby area, the bartender’s responsibility in this area.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby, and lounge following standard recipes.
- Clean as you go, including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
- Implement alcohol service and safety training, including ensuring alcohol is consumed in designated areas only and not served to intoxicated guests; involve management when necessary.
- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar; keep management updated on inventory levels.
- Wash and sanitize all stemware.
- Process payments correctly and promptly to ensure a smooth transaction.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress toward completion required. Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. Also complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
- Must be 18 years of age with 1+ years of bartender experience.
- Serv Safe or equivalent food handling certificate.
- Possess good public speaking, listening effectively, and respond clearly and directly.
- Speak fluent English;
Spanish is a plus.
- Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
- Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take appropriate action under pressure and/or opposition.
- Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management. Set and manage priorities with a positive attitude.
