Overview

Tiki Tiki is seeking an experienced Bartender to join a strong team driven by passion for hospitality and excellence. A Bartender at Tiki Tiki will always aim to exceed expectations for our guests. Our Bartenders work hand in hand with our management team and aim to provide quality in everything that they do. Our bartenders thrive in a high volume waterfront setting, and lead guest and coworker interactions with empathy and sincerity.

Job Requirements
  • Bartenders must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a high volume, full service restaurant with knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service.
  • Knowledge of mixology and preparation.
  • Previous cash handling experience is required.
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
  • All candidates must possess an outgoing and confident attitude.
  • Safe Serve certified a plus.
  • Able to work different shifts.
  • Successful candidates will be outgoing, confident with strong leadership & organizational skills.
  • Full time only with open availability.
  • Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards.
  • A good sense of awareness under pressure.
  • Curious intelligence to continue learning in the position.
  • Open availability and a career mentality.
