Seasonal Barista

** About RYZE:
** We’re seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join the RYZE team for a three-month pop-up experience at Bayside Marketplace, Miami FL. You’ll help bring the RYZE brand to life by crafting delicious drinks, educating customers about our products, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
This is a short-term, Thursday–Sunday position (9:30 AM–5:30 PM)—perfect for someone who loves coffee culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys connecting with people through great products and conversation.

* The Role:

** What You’ll Do
*** Prepare and serve RYZE coffee, matcha, and chai lattes following company recipes and presentation standards.
* Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions using the POS system.
* Educate guests about RYZE’s products, ingredients, and brand story, encouraging sales of lattes, coffee bags, and subscriptions.
* Operate latte machines and café equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and customer spaces.
* Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
* Follow RYZE’s hospitality standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

** What We’re Looking For
*** Prior barista or café experience preferred, training will be provided.
* Food Handler’s Certification (required prior to start).
* Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to operate café equipment safely and efficiently.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work Thursday–Sunday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM for the duration of the assignment (three months).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
