Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.;
Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.;
Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.;
Ensure that all side opening and closing duties are completed.;
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
