Barista

We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our team at our upcoming Coconut Grove, Miami, FL location. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees and teas, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include taking orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and preparing light food orders. This is an on-site role that requires interaction with customers and team members to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience.

• Strong Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the use of espresso machines
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests
• Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both customers and team members
• Experience or understanding in Food Preparation processes for light food offerings
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
• Previous Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
