Head Bartender

Major Food Group is hiring a Lead Bartender to join our team at Dirty French Steakhouse! Located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, Dirty French Steakhouse is a glamorous, high-energy steakhouse from Major Food Group that breathes new life into the storied genre while remaining true to its history. The menu combines the finest meat and fish, sourced from the world’s most esteemed purveyors, with French influences and an irresistible flair for bold flavors.

Our wine list, which exceeds 700 bottles and is one of the most remarkable in the country, only adds to the restaurant’s spirit of sophisticated decadence.

• Maintains responsible service of alcohol to all guests including checking identification for proof of age
• Assists the Beverage Manager in creating, maintaining, and developing the Bar Program
• Makes recommendations and answers all menu inquiries
• Extensive knowledge and execution of classic and house beverages
• Handles cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate, returning correct change to patrons, and balancing the cash register
• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a clean work environment and adhering to sanitation regulations
• Track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotations.

• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique.
• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
• Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
• The position requires at least 4 years of experience in the desired job.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
