- Lounge operating hours: 5:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs

Sodexo Magic is seeking a skilled and service-driven Cook to support an elevated culinary experience for international travelers. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation.

Your ImpactAs a Cook at Sodexo Magic, you play a key role in delivering culinary standards and hospitality excellence.
You will- Execute menu items that reflect the quality and sophistication of the One World Lounge brand.
- Prepare and serve food in an open kitchen or specialty station environment.
- Ensure dishes meet established standards for taste, freshness, and presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements.
- Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support daily kitchen operations including prep, organization, and inventory awareness.
- Prepare and cook menu items requiring both short and long preparation times.
- Follow standardized recipes, production guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize a variety of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Perform food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, trimming, and portioning.
- Taste and evaluate food quality and support production planning.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations.
- Participate in required safety, sanitation, and allergy training.
- Comply with Sodexo Magic safety and risk management policies.
- Report safety concerns, accidents, or injuries promptly.
- Attend required training and operational briefings.
- 1+ years of culinary experience preferred.
- Experience in upscale dining, high-volume kitchens, airport lounges, hotels, or premium hospitality environments strongly preferred.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and professional.
