Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of sous chef experience in casual fine dining venues.

Strong culinary fundamentals with high volume kitchen experience - 200+ seats or more.

Leadership experienceability to inspire, coach, and elevate junior chefs.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, ordering, and sanitation standards. xywuqvp
