Constellation is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL. You will lead a pastry team, develop menus, and craft desserts for a fast-paced, high-volume operation within our Dining & Events division.
The role calls for at least three years of pastry experience, a Baking and Pastry degree or equivalent supervisory background, and hands-on execution of scratch-made pastries in a quality environment. Occasional travel to events may be required.
