Flanigan's Restaurants - - Responsibilities:
Washes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using Flanigan’s sanitation policies;
Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift; maintain kitchen area cleanliness; sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor;
Perform assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties;
Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing;
Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
