• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Maintain a tidy, organized store: keep the sales floor organized and stocked, and display products attractively.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
