DG Beauty Americas Fragrance Ambassador

Location: Miami (Field-based / Key Retail Doors)

Dolce & Gabbana, a global leader in luxury fashion and beauty, continues to expand its Beauty Division with the launch of Velvet Fragrances
. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a Fragrance Ambassador to represent the brand in key retail locations, supporting the launch and ongoing presence of the Velvet fragrance collection.

The Fragrance Ambassador will act as the on-floor expert and brand representative for the Velvet fragrance line. This role focuses on fragrance storytelling, client engagement, and brand elevation at point of sale
, ensuring that retail teams and clients fully experience the heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of the Velvet collection.

Unlike a traditional trainer role, this position is highly client-facing and experiential
, combining education, selling support, and brand advocacy in luxury retail environments.

• Act as a Fragrance expert in-store, delivering immersive storytelling around ingredients, inspiration, and craftsmanship.
• Represent Dolce & Gabbana Beauty with the highest level of professionalism, embodying the luxury codes of the brand.
• Support client engagement through on-floor selling moments
  , fragrance consultations, and brand storytelling.

• Educate Beauty Advisors and retail teams informally on the floor
  , reinforcing key fragrance messages and selling techniques.
• Support retail teams during new launches, peak periods, and key activations related to Velvet fragrances.
• Ensure correct fragrance presentation, messaging, and brand execution at point of sale.

• Support Velvet fragrance launches
  , animations, and special events at selected doors.
• Partner with store management to drive visibility, engagement, and client experience during activations.
• Work closely with Training, Sales, and Commercial teams to share feedback from the field.
• Provide insights on client reactions, fragrance preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

• Strong experience in luxury fragrances (mandatory).
• Background as a Fragrance Specialist, Brand Ambassador, or Senior Beauty Advisor in luxury retail.
• Experience working in department stores, specialty retail, or high-end fragrance environments

• Passion for fragrance, storytelling, and client experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working on the sales floor and engaging directly with clients.
