Description
Inter Miami CF is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Associate to support back-of-house operations and store replenishment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product availability, and an organized stockroom to support an exceptional fan and customer experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting that may include indoor and outdoor stadium environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Back-of-House Inventory Operations
- Receive, unpack, and process merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe back-of-house stockroom environment.
- Accurately ticket, label, and store product according to operational standards.
- Replenish sales floor inventory to ensure products are fully stocked and visually presented.
- Support timely restocking during peak periods, events, and high-traffic moments.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to store leadership.
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and loss prevention efforts.
- Follow all inventory control, safety, and security procedures.
- Assist with returns, transfers, and stock adjustments as needed.
- Partner closely with sales associates and store leadership to support daily operations.
- Assist with store setup, breakdowns, and operational tasks during events or peak business periods.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail, speed, and reliability.
- Take pride in maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support business needs, including nights, weekends, and events.
- Previous retail, stock, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise (up to 40 lbs) as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor stadium environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
