Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. Store associates are also expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high store standards. They aim to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
The role is based at Store #2945, located at 11402 NW 41st St, Ste-120, Miami, FL 33178. Responsibilities include customer contact, which may involve minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. A criminal history review is conducted to protect the business, staff, customers, and the public.
Minimum Qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
- Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- If internal, received at least a “meets expectations” rating on the latest performance review and completed required HR courses
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products
- Build trust with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Achieve sales goals regularly
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
- Pull products from sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products as per customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Assist with deliveries when needed
- Keep areas in stock and presentable
- Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers
- Follow inventory procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales
