This is a full-time Store Manager role based on-site at our Miami, FL location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and achieving sales objectives. They will ensure the store maintains high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Additionally, they will ensure proper implementation of store policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and prevent retail losses.

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive in-store experience for customers
• Strong Communication skills to provide clear direction to staff and assist customers effectively
• Experience in Store Management to lead operations, manage inventory, and achieve sales goals
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard against shrinkage and maintain operational integrity
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus
• Passion for pets and experience in pet care or retail is desirable
