Job SummaryConcierge, Guest Service Assistant is responsible for keeping our office organized, clean and to supply the office staff and visitors with refreshments, helping us to make a great first impression for our customers.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesJob Description

- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting counter-tops, furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.
- Keeping adequate stocks of cleaning materials.
- Keep the conference and training room always well cleaned and sanitized. Ensure that visitors are adequately supplied with refreshments, coffee and tea.
- Ensuring adequate stock of drinks typically favored by the staff and guests.
- Keeping any food trays and kitchen surfaces clean and in order at all times; clearing and collecting used cups, washing or disposing those.
- Throw away the office trash very day.
- Be well presented and demonstrate professional standards at all times.
- Communicate with visitors and staff in a friendly manner.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow health and safety standards.
