Job Responsibilities
  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
  • Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive store results.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention education and training programs, ensuring operational compliance and safety within the store.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
  • Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, operate the POS system properly, and ensure correct application of discounts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
  • Ensure all visual and presentation standards are met or exceeded according to PUMA guidelines.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational standards, maintaining a safe shopping and working environment.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
Candidate Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear, with a results-driven track record.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, provide high customer service, and communicate effectively.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds, with experience using ladders and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
  • Strong sensory and cognitive skills, including hearing, vision, reading comprehension, basic math, and problem-solving abilities.
