Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will manage and roll‑out shop fitting for a selection of +19 L’Oréal Group multi‑division brands in Travel Retail Western & Emerging for the Americas zone, reporting to a Retail Design Group Manager and collaborating with retailers and commercial teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities Operational responsibility
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, quality, and detailing, adapting DMI guidelines to the specific requirements of the airport environment.
  • Roll out standardized models validated by the Hub Retail Design brand teams, including local technical specificities for the Americas shops.
  • Contribute to implementation of Flagship Drive projects, achieving targeted retail objectives.
  • Develop new brand pilot projects such as Aesop and Miu Miu.
Strategic Vision & Innovation
  • Help Area Managers and retailers develop business through retail expert positioning.
  • Develop innovative solutions to accelerate business growth and brand implementation.
  • Control and pilot budget investment in link with retail segmentation.
  • Consolidate and control brief forms communicated by Area Managers and retailers.
Growth & Performance Management
  • Oversee and consolidate the list of projects registered by Salesforce on the Capex tool.
  • Manage financial and purchase processes, including PO creation on MY Market.
  • Conduct quality control of production at the workshop and in‑store before implementation, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Share best practices with internal teams and the TR Zone to foster continuous improvement and consistent execution.
  • Develop innovative eco‑design solutions to meet L’Oréal’s sustainability targets.

  • Architecture Execution:
    Apply architectural guidelines to a retail environment and supervise the construction or renovation of retail spaces while ensuring eco‑design principles are followed and after‑sales services are upheld.
  • Scenography:
    Design relevant and inspiring O+O space, atmosphere and mood that supports the brand narrative and strengthens the emotional bond between the brand and customers.
  • Brand local adaptation:
    Meet local customer expectations while respecting each brand identity and sense of purpose, creating the greatest environmental or social value in the markets.
  • Project planning management:
    Plan the correct short‑term and long‑term actions and continuously update and prioritise them to achieve strategic objectives while meeting deadlines.
  • Budget management:
    Create and manage a budget to control costs and profitability for a department or project.
Profile we are looking for
  • Creative/innovative & technical vision (incl. materials knowledge to grow durability and limit maintenance)
  • Strong autonomy & organization, comfortable in complex environments
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Local retailers and Suppliers, Marketing/Commercial teams)
  • Local cultural sensitivity
  • Expertise in Sketch Up Pro, Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop), AutoCAD (recommended)
  • English mandatory, Spanish a plus
  • Experience in Retail Design requested
