Stock Associate - Miami Design District

Summary

Responsible for managing merchandise rotation and warehouse operations at the store, supporting the Stock Manager and sales staff to ensure product availability and maximize sales. Maintains order, security, and accurate tracking of stock through the SAP system while handling returns, transfers, and e-commerce deliveries. Works collaboratively with the team and follows corporate procedures for handling and preparing product for the sales floor.

• Receive daily goods and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures
• Prepare product for the sales floor and special areas
• Maintain warehouse order and ensure safety of products and valuable material
• Track product flow and inventory movements using the SAP system
• Manage returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery processes
• Order and manage packaging materials per store needs

• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role
• Experience in the luxury retail sector preferred and high affinity for luxury products
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• English language skills required; other languages are a plus
• Familiarity with inventory systems (SAP) and stock handling procedures
