Area Visual Manager - Southeast

Summary

Responsible for managing and executing window creativity and interior visual merchandising across multiple locations in the Southeast, aligning local business strategy with global visual merchandising expectations. The role includes travel, fostering relationships with store teams and wholesale partners, providing VM training, and ensuring brand integrity through exceptional displays and store presentation.

• Execute visual merchandising actions to maximize business results in line with regional visual strategy
• Plan and manage VM rotations, installations and special projects in partnership with Regional Visual Manager
• Conduct regular meetings and touch bases with regional and store partners to align priorities and schedules
• Oversee VM maintenance and presentation of all client facing areas including windows interiors and mannequins
• Collaborate with wholesale and retail partners to sustain brand VM expectations and opportunities
• Provide VM and product knowledge training and onboarding support to store teams and DSAs
• Propose elevated display solutions and contribute to seasonal visual strategy and planning
• Travel regularly and work flexible hours including weekends for rotations and project needs
