Sales Associate role in a luxury retail store located in the Miami Design District. The position focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences through clienteling, styling expertise, product knowledge, and supporting daily store operations. The role requires flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated, welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge
• Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Creative and innovative mindset with openness to new ideas
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
