Provide attentive, personalized service to customers on the fine jewelry floor, driving sales through product knowledge and relationship-building. • Greet and assist customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals to support selling efforts.
• Achieve individual and floor sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain accurate records in the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory organization on the sales floor and in display cases.

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, professional presentation, and comfort handling valuable merchandise.
