Dover Jewelry, a well-established luxury jeweler based in Brickell, is seeking a highly detail-oriented E-Commerce Auction Writer & Listing Specialist to join our in-house team. This is a hands‑on role at the center of our online business, where precision, speed, and strong writing directly drive sales.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working within a structured system. It’s a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment, suited for individuals who value accuracy, consistency, and efficiency over creative or unstructured work.
What You’ll Do- Input jewelry details into a structured listing template
- Evaluate pieces using internal guidelines (training provided)
- Match specifications to the correct fields (metal, stones, size, etc.)
- Upload and organize images
- Launch listings on eBay with accuracy and consistency
- Manage high-volume listings with attention to detail
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
- Strong basic writing skills (clear, not creative)
- Able to follow systems and maintain accuracy under deadlines
- Experience with eBay or any e‑commerce platform
- Experience writing product descriptions or listings
- Background in luxury goods, fashion, or jewelry (a plus, not required)
- No jewelry experience? No problem. We provide full training.
Location:
Brickell, Miami (in-office)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
