Summary

Commission Sales Associate focused on furniture and bedding sales at an Aventura store. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through product expertise and consultative selling, and achieving individual commission goals. Works on the sales floor and supports merchandising and order coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Greet and assist customers to assess needs and recommend furniture and bedding solutions.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual commission targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain product knowledge and sales floor presentation, including merchandising and display upkeep.
• Process transactions, manage orders, and coordinate delivery logistics with operations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, including follow up to encourage repeat business.

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home furnishings.
• Strong customer service, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working on commission and motivated to achieve sales goals.
