Summary

Seasonal Operations and Sales Support Advisor for the Miami Design District boutique responsible for ensuring precise inventory handling and smooth fulfillment operations. The role supports store logistics, e‑commerce order processing, quality control, and occasional sales floor coverage to maintain an exceptional client experience. This is a seasonal contract (3–6 months), 3–5 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, process, and physically place incoming merchandise into stock following boutique procedures.
  • Prepare and pack returns, inter-store transfers, and shipments to US and France warehouses, ensuring correct documentation.
  • Pick, pack, and verify e‑commerce orders; process e‑commerce returns and coordinate with shipping platforms for dispatch and tracking.
  • Assist with repairs and after‑sales item processing, tracking, and timely dispatch/receipt.
  • Support quality control by preparing product shipments for repair centers and ensuring client shipments meet brand standards.
  • Maintain stock presentation and organization, monitor supply and packaging levels, and coordinate with couriers and the Stock Manager.
  • Participate in monthly rotating inventories and yearly full stock counts, maintaining accurate inventory documentation.
  • Provide occasional floor coverage during peak periods and assist the sales team with merchandise handling and beverage service.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Comfortable with basic IT tools and inventory systems, including Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Cegid is a plus.
  • Familiarity with online shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of luxury product handling and care; high sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Available for a seasonal contract (3–6 months), 3–5 days per week.
