We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is designed for those who are eager to grow into a leadership role within the jewelry and pawn industry. You'll receive hands-on training in store operations, sales, lending, inventory management, and customer relations while preparing to lead a team and manage.

As a Manager-In-Training, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. You will motivate your team, build customer loyalty, and achieve ambitious sales and operational targets. This role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in business development and a passion for excellence.

• Learn all aspects of daily pawn and retail operations
• Assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales transactions
• Evaluate jewelry, electronics, tools, and other merchandise for loans and purchases
• Support and lead sales initiatives to achieve store goals
• Assist in inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Develop leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills
• Provide excellent customer service with honesty and professionalism

• Prior retail, sales, or management experience preferred
• Jewelry or pawn industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and watches is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of retail jewelry or pawn management experience
• Must pass background check and drug screening
