Summary

The Boutique Facilitator, Host is a multi-functional support role focused on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth boutique operations. This role assists sales associates, manages administrative and operational tasks, and helps maximize client-facing time. The Facilitator supports inventory, shipping, cash handling, and boutique opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients, provide hosting and front-of-boutique support
• Assist sales associates with packaging and client service needs
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
• Open and close registers, assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues in a professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• In-store presence required to support boutique operations
• Foreign language skills preferred
