Role Description
Unike Love is currently hiring a full-time, in-person Sales Associate for our Dolphin Mall location in Sweetwater, Florida. This position is based inside our retail store dedicated to helping customers create and purchase personalized gifts and custom keepsakes for life’s most meaningful moments.
At Unike Love, we specialize in customized gifts, 3D crystals, awards, promotional products, and personalized creations designed to celebrate memories, relationships, and milestones. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the personalization process, help them select meaningful gifts, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and craftsmanship that define Unike Love.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers inside our Dolphin Mall retail location
- Help customers choose personalized gifts and customized products
- Explain product options, engraving details, and customization services
- Process orders accurately and maintain customer information
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Support daily sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order and customer experience flow
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced mall retail environment
- $15 per hour
