• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans.
• Operate a forklift safely, following company standards and guidelines, to pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners. Identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, and communicate progress and information.
• Receive and organize stocks and merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow, utilizing equipment appropriately, and maintaining required paperwork and logs.
• Provide member service, acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials safely. Report unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies: zone area, stock, rotate, remove damaged or out‑of‑date goods, set up displays, and ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders, keeping pace with policy, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
• Track inventory levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices or low in‑stock levels.
• Maintain forklifts in safe condition, report poor or unsafe conditions, and advise management when forklifts are not in working order.
• Assist customers with technology services, identify and resolve shrink opportunities, maintain equipment, and ensure products are properly organized and stocked.

• Minimum 90 days of prior experience operating a forklift and holding Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
