Client Advisor - Aventura

Summary

As a Client Advisor at the Aventura boutique, you will create meaningful client experiences, drive sales, and represent the Valentino brand through personalized service and expert styling. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM and clienteling tools while contributing to boutique operations and presentation standards. The role requires strong product knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and collaboration with the store team.

• Deliver the full client journey and Valentino Couture Service from preparation and welcome through presentation, closing and farewell.
• Proactively engage and grow clientele, execute personalized reach-outs, and work to achieve CRM targets, sales KPIs and boutique goals.
• Capture and maintain client data and qualitative notes; know key client portfolios and high-value clients.
• Style clients across categories, prepare for appointments, research client preferences and stay current on fashion and seasonal trends.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, complaints and customer service follow-up.
• Maintain product presentation and replenishment, know warehouse stock to ensure floor restock and liaise with Visual and store management.
• Operate POS for transactions and support operational tasks such as shipping and receiving when required.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a clientele focus and a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Exceptional client relationship building skills and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus; action-oriented, results-driven, problem-solver and team player.
