Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales within the women's ready-to-wear department. Assist clients with styling, fittings, and product selection while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and support inventory activities. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a polished selling environment.

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandising, replenish stock, and ensure visual presentation standards are met.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Assist with fitting rooms and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in women's apparel or ready-to-wear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift typical retail weights, and work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
