Job Overview

Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our retail store at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL. The Sales Lead will deliver an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting both Sales and Operations, with a focus on leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores.

• Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work in coordination with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.

• Minimum one year of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• Job requires constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
