• Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.

• Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle returns/exchanges per policy.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well presented.

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, decor, or related categories.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer and POS skills and attention to detail for transactions and client records.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed and stand for extended periods.
