Retail Sales Associate

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Through effective customer service, consistently achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as comply with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred
• Strong team player
• Ability to learn quickly
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs
• Ability to constantly walk and move about; use of speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision is required; ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits
