Stock Specialist - Bal Harbour

Summary

The Stock Specialist is responsible for managing merchandise rotation and warehouse operations in accordance with corporate procedures. The role supports the Stock Manager and assists sales staff by preparing and delivering product to the sales floor and special areas. Key activities include goods receipt, stock organization, SAP tracking, and safeguarding valuable merchandise.

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures.
• Prepare and check product to be placed on the sales floor and special areas.
• Ensure safety and security of products and valuable material during handling and storage.
• Track product flow and inventory movements using the SAP system.
• Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain order and standards in the warehouse and order packaging materials as needed.

• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role, preferably in luxury retail.
• High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
