• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store operations
• Organize and maintain stockroom for efficient merchandise access
• Assist management in overseeing day to day store operations
• Support merchandising and implementation of visual displays
• Manage cash registers safe procedures and ensure timely bank deposits
• Partner with team to minimize shrinkage and enforce loss prevention
• Oversee store maintenance cleaning and presentation of fixtures and supplies
• Communicate company visual standards and operational updates to staff

• 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals in a selling role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
