Job Description

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) delivering inspirational retail experiences to fans of all ages. This is a part‑time role that requires energetic, enthusiastic individuals.

• Provide a signature experience for every guest, including greeting, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80% of time).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning duties and adherence to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom while assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, complying with safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages (10%).

• Effective communication with team members and guests.
• Proficiency with register systems and processing information/merchandise.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, nights, weekends, and shift variations as business dictates.
• Full access to all store areas (sales floor, stock areas, register areas, loading dock).
• Physical requirements:
  
  continual movement, standing for at least two consecutive hours, ability to lift at least 30 lbs, and ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders as needed.
• Availability to work up to 25 hours per week (supplied availability, not guaranteed hours).

Hourly wage range: $16.76 to $17.76.
